Most of the analysis and recommendations are based off what the building or homeowner is concerned with, usually a leak or a something with the appearance of the exterior is the bases for contacting All Exteriors.  An inspection of the concerned areas, a summary of the problem from the home or building owner, some background information like when was the home built, is usually enough to make recommendations for repairs.  Further analysis is available, see “Stucco Inspections Page”.

Since most exterior remodels or repairs don’t have blue prints or building plans, the estimate becomes the “blue print”.   It sometimes takes hours to put together the estimate and the alternatives estimates, but All Exteriors estimates are always very defined.  The estimate will show the quantities, have a written description of the work area, a picture of the project with highlights on it that shows the work areas, and description of the workmanship process.  This is makes it clear to both parties whats included in the estimate.  Just using verbal agreements, vague descriptions, and lump sum cost, leaves both parties open to misunderstandings about the cost, the work area, and the scope of work.
